Jeremy Dorkins and Kevin Johnson have aligned forces to bring the Property Industry a fresh alternative to traditional search providers.
Both previous owners of multiple search-providing franchises, following acquisition, the duo became frustrated by the shortcomings of supplying property information at corporate scale. On Point Data was formed to reprioritise what property professionals really value: conveyancing solutions that improve efficiency and profitability plus authentic, holistic service that genuinely benefits business.

Jeremy began cultivating his stellar B2B communication skills in the Finance Industry, where he was initially recruited and trained by Lombard North Central. He specialised in automotive finance, working with brands such as Jaguar, Saab and Chrysler. After eleven successful years, an opportunity arose to switch gears and enter the Property Industry.
This impactful career change came just before 2000 when Jeremy established a business within Property Search Group. Drawn to its unique model, Jeremy and his business partner purchased two PSG franchise areas, starting with Kingston and then Staines. Jeremy’s incredible attention to detail and can-do attitude lent themselves brilliantly to the Conveyancing Industry, as demonstrated by the business’s rapid growth. By 2018, the point at which they were acquired, Jeremy was jointly at the helm of five thriving PSG franchises.
Then began Jeremy’s experience in the corporate sector of the Search Industry. He took this transition as a valuable opportunity to understand how operations worked at scale. But, he never lost the desire for a working standard with the freedom to make impactful, rapid decisions. Agility was crucially important to Jeremy when establishing On Point Data’s pioneering partnership model. At the core of everything he does is a passion for understanding a client’s needs and attentively delivering effective products to improve efficiency and profitability.
Jeremy is married with two daughters, and his interests include travel, aviation, motorsports, and sailing, coupled with a love of food and wine.

Kevin Johnson

Pursuing and delivering excellent customer service has been a driving theme throughout Kevin’s 35-year career in industry and commerce. Starting out as a Development Underwriter in the Insurance Industry, he learnt early how to cater to complex client needs. After eleven years in Insurance, Kevin decided it was time for a change in the tide. He followed his sense of adventure right around the world by competing in the BT Global Challenge in 1996 and 1997, circumnavigating the globe aboard the yacht, ‘Save the Children.’
Back on dry land, Kevin took a position with then-FTSE 250 company Serco Group, working within Media and Public Relations and then Project Management. Next came numerous successful business ventures, including his own limited company through which he helped to build the UK’s first vertical wind tunnel for simulated skydiving. He then went on to build and refurbish twenty-nine fish and chip shops and restaurants.
In 2013 Kevin joined the Property Search Industry when he became an Index Property Information franchise owner of first London South West and then Surrey. For over a decade now, he has been a vital cog in the conveyancing process for his customers. During this time, Kevin has cultivated strong relationships with local Councils, enabling him to secure priority advantage for clients. This benefit and his reputation for ‘getting things done’ mean you can count on Kevin to deliver added value to your conveyancing endeavours.
Kevin, married with a daughter, moved to Surrey in 1994 and is never happier than when outdoors hiking, skiing or, better still, scuba diving somewhere exotic.
